What is Uber Crew?
Last year, Uber committed to changing the way we listen to drivers and delivery people. Uber committed to doing better at acting on your feedback and empowering you with greater representation. Uber Crew is a step in that direction.
Uber Crew is a new program that gives you the chance to choose a driver to collaborate with Uber and improve the transparency into how Uber uses your feedback. As the people who drive and deliver, you know your work better than Uber ever could. That’s why your feedback is so important.
With Crew, you can help select other drivers and delivery people near you to raise issues to Uber’s decision-makers and collaborate with Uber on features and improvements. By participating in Uber Crew, you can help Uber give drivers and delivery people everywhere a better way to make their voices heard.
What is a Crew Member?
Crew Members will take an active role in improving the experience for all drivers & delivery people by amplifying Earners’ voices and collaborating with Uber. Chosen by you, a Crew Member is a driver or delivery person that will:
- Meet with local drivers and delivery people over video or phone to discuss local issues
- Raise local issues to Uber’s regional teams
- Collaborate with Uber’s product teams on new app features
- Provide feedback and ideas on new projects
What does a Crew Member do?
Crew Members will sit on a regional committee with other drivers and delivery people and will provide feedback to Uber’s operations and product teams. They’ll also collaborate with Uber employees on a new feature. Crew Members can volunteer their time to:
- Meet with local drivers and delivery people over video or phone to discuss local issues
- Raise local issues to Uber’s regional teams
- Collaborate with Uber’s product teams on new app features
- Provide feedback and ideas on new projects
